Corn Bread Pudding

Laura's sister Jeanne has been making this for Thanksgiving for years now, and although she's the first to admit it's a little 'kithcy' (sp?) - it sure is tasty.


1 box
1/2 stick
1 cup
1 can
1 10oz bag
Jiffy Corn Brean Mix
Butter (melted)
Sour Cream
Cream Corn
Frozen Corn
1. Combine all ingredients.

2. Put mixture in a rectangular baking dish.

3. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly golden brown - about 1 hour.
